Using TimeBot
TimeBot is provided by Rawbot Inc. to help Slack teams manage time off, holidays, and related workflows. By installing or using TimeBot, you agree to these terms. If you use TimeBot on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to agree to these terms for that organization.
Your responsibilities
Use TimeBot lawfully and only for workspaces you are authorized to access. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. You are responsible for your account security, the information you submit, and your team's settings and employment policies.
Your data and privacy
You retain ownership of the information you submit to TimeBot and authorize us to use it to operate the service. You are responsible for having permission to share that information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete personal information.
Paid plans and cancellation
Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel through the billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Availability and third-party services
TimeBot depends on Slack and, when connected, third-party calendar and payment services. Their terms also apply to your use of those services. We may update or change TimeBot's features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the availability of third-party integrations.
Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, TimeBot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. You remain responsible for checking time-off records and decisions and for complying with applicable employment laws. To the extent permitted by law, Rawbot Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of TimeBot. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Ending use
You may stop using TimeBot at any time. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it through the billing dashboard. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Please review them periodically. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using TimeBot. For questions, contact support@time.bot.
