We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. The information we collect directly from you includes information required to communicate with you, including your name, e-mail address, working hours and time off data.
TimeBot only collects information that is sent to it directly, via direct message or when the bot is directly mentioned. We do not store or log other messages or information about your Slack activity. TimeBot does not access past or archived messages. TimeBot collects Slack account and access information from users for the purposes of connecting to the Slack API.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- (a) Personalize your experience.
- (b) Better respond to your individual needs.
- (c) Improve our website and service.
- (d) Improve customer service.
- (e) Send periodic emails.
Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the service requested. It will not be made available to any party outside of the authorized Slack team.
TimeBot may retain your information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy (such as providing the services, including any optional features you use, and providing customer support).
This may include keeping your Information after you have deactivated TimeBot from your Workspace for the period of time needed for TimeBot to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Depending on your workspace's role, you can delete/edit the vacation policy options (time offs, working hours, etc.) in the Settings of TimeBot. Get in touch with a TimeBot Manager or Admin if you have any questions about editing and deletion settings.

Yes.
